S-Video woes.

Did your video card come with a VIVO connector? That's what plugs into the special connector on the back of your card, and it provides inputs/outputs via the breakout box.

I believe the PNY 5900Ultra is a VIVO card (Video in/Video out), so you'll probably need the adaptor that came with the card. It splits the port on the back into 4 cables: 2 Inputs and 2 Outputs.

Hm, so that's what it is ... Right-o.

Now for the next question - can I buy that particular piece anywhere, like a Radio Shack or Best Buy? I just looked everywhere for my video card box, but it's nowhere to be seen.

ahh so thats what those things are...I have like 4 of them i believe, never use em.

Here's one that might work. It says that the VIVO connector is the same on GeForce cards from all manufacturers. So this might solve your problems.
