S-Video to RCA?

S-Video is not compatible to composite inputs (single RCA). What inputs does your TV have? RCA is only the name of the connector standard, also called cinch.
Is it a simple S-Video connector on the card? Or a combined MiniDIN connector? You have to count the number of little holes. If it has more than four, it is a combined output in which case you will need a break-out cable. There are special connectors with 7 or more contacts that carry component and composite signals.

EDIT: It most likely is a combined MiniDIN connector which carries S-Video and a composite signal. Make sure the breakout cable is included.
I also learned that ASUS makes useless manuals.

SVideo can be combined into composite with a cheaper adapter. It merely recombines the separated chroma/luma information into the composite signal. I've done this many times years ago, particularly displaying on TVs from a laptop which had SVid output. I used something more or less like this: link.

As omniscence points out, perform due diligence to confirm that it's SVideo and not a proprietary mini-DIN.
