S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is finally going multi platform in 2012, the developers have said that the PC game WILL NOT be dumbed down though, the only difference between the two versions will be the graphics...

Call of Pripyat managed to streamline and simplify a lot of the controls regarding consumables and the inventory, so it should be able to translate to the controller fine without dumbing down for the PC.

My main concern is that like Metro 2033, it will flop commercially on consoles and then the next STALKER will be a dumbed-down arcade shooter.
