The one in the original post might not be too bad.. but

Case 1 = looks like server case from 1997

Case 2 = lol wut
 
Who buys server cases for looks?

If that was the case, I'd only buy 1U's :)
 
First case looks like an Inwin-Q knockoff! lol (I used to have one but its narrower), I'd gladly spend the extra cash for that T01 Stacker, not to thread cap but its quite obviously worth it.

I'd rather sink the extra $100 you save grabbing this case over the stacker into the powersupply, ram, or video card.

The white one wouldn't look too bad if it came in black.

The black one needs to have the drive bay cover removed and burned. ;)

Neither case looks good as a desktop case, but it's pointless to buy either if you don't need an eatx case anyways.
 
They look like perfectly functional cases, but they are uglier than ass.
