S-Flex or San Ace.

Ok im stuck with a delima....

The S Flex's claim to be 85cfm @ 37.5dba
Im looking at some San Ace 109 mediums 118cfm @ 48dba

now the specs are close enough to each other that im sure the race will be quite close.
I can get the S flex's for 10$ each and the San Aces for 7$ each.
The Sflex's are NIB and the San Aces are "lightly used"
Both will be on a fan controller and will be set up primarily for a radiator fans (high fpi BIX 240) (need high static pressure)
If i can double it up as a case fan that would be great too.

What do you think i should get? Im looking for a balance between noise/static pressure (and i guess cfm too) and it needs to make no odd noises whatsoever when underolting

Where are you finding a 110cfm S-Flex???

If you're talking about the 110cfm Slipstream then go with the San Ace. The Slipstreams don't really move 110cfm. Also, Slipstreams SUCK for radiators, especially high FPI ones like the BIX. A 38mm thick fan like the San Ace will be MUCH better.

Also, I don't think you're getting a "medium" 9G San Ace fan. The 9G1212E1011 puts out 118cfm at 46dBA while the 9G1212M1011 only does 74cfm at 32dBA.

Yeah i got everything fuxored up. Its the 109 medium

Even the 109R Medium speed doesn't move 118cfm. The 109R "H" fans move 103CFM. You have to be getting the E (extra high speed) fans.

And the San Aces are still better than the S-Flex fans on a radiator due to the increased static pressure from their 38mm design.
