Ryzen Master changing best fastest core with each install

So I've been trying to get my EDC in Ryzen Master to read the MB max of 360A, for some reason it will only show 145A. In my attempts to fix this I've been uninstalling and reinstalling Ryzen Master and noticed that with each install the program changes the best cores. Now the top cores are always C1,C4,C6,C8 but it shows them switching between them as of there rankings. Has anyone else seen this?

Ex:
C1-White star
C4-dot
C6-Gold star
C8-dot

uninstall Ryzen Master, reboot,reinstall

C1-dot
C4-Gold star
C6-White star
C8-dot

For me Ryzen Master totally misses the fastest cores and not sure what those symbols actually mean.
