so when i got my mb it came with 32gb 6400 ram, but its micron. anyone have any experience ocing micron ram? i really cant find much on micron ddr5.

Beating your head against a wall for gains measured to the 5th decimal point is apparently your idea of a good time. The juice isn't worth the squeeze here, just play your games and stop worrying about it.

I dunno how tweakable Micron is. But, If you can get TREFI to 65535; that alone will drop a few nanoseconds. You will probably need 1.4 or 1.45v, when its all said and done with that and a few other tweaks.

**The SOC voltage required, is more about your specific CPU's silicon, than the RAM you are using.
 
Why don't you enable EXPO and tweak from there? Your memory is rated for 3200 but you're running at 3100

3200mhz is going to put the IMC into 2:1 mode, to be honest he is really lucky 3100 didn't.
 
tRFC for micron can be set to land around 160 ns
+ you´ve got a bios setting that cheats the latency down about 5ns for CB23 benchmarking - Don´t know how it is called on gigabyte boards.
 
Fun fact. If you right click on the start benchmark button. You can select the option to only do mem tests. Saves you some time.
