RX480 Fluctuating GPU Usage.. Power issue?

Not sure whats happening but lately I noticed my performance from my RX480 is subpar., its an MSI RX480 Gaming X 4GB model. It is overclocked at 1340Mhz Core Frequency and 2000 Mhz Memory Clock, however I see the same results when it is not overclocked at default factory settings. Any clues? I have the latest drivers (Crimson 16.11.4).

need more info, ie system specs and games.
I know that some of the 300 series cards had issues like this and needed clockblocker to fix it. or maybe try afterburner to see what it does(tick ever box in settings)?
also check for gpu bios updates.
 
i think he just needs to adjust the power limit....going by the last [H] reviews it just the way those 480's behave
