Some people here were very helpful when i started mining so i figured i would give back. From what i have seen most people aren't getting hashrates as high as me on the RX 570 (32.3) so i put a guide together on what i have done and what has worked for me.

I think the bios flashing you do depends on what kind of memory you have though right? It might be slower than stock for some people.
