Just a RVZ02 question. so silverstone made it 15 inches wide, if it was 5 tall that is clearly wide enough to lay a sfx on its side in the back. Wonder why they didn't?
 
Its nowhere near wide enough to lay a PS horizontally. I have one for my emulation machine. They didn't because they made the case tall instead of wide. If you want to lay the Power Supply horizontally, lay the entire system horizontally, you can do that, they give you feet for it.
 
You can actually fix an atx psu in it with som modification, but tight. Si it has vertical room, but not that much room
