Running Windows OS on WD20EADS RAID?

I'm recycling a leftover Dell Optiplex computer and it can only accomodate 4 drives. I'm thinking of using RAID 10 - would it be OK stability-wise if I put a small 80GB partition to store the OS? Thoughts? This will need to run as a file server as well as HTPC, it will be used for watching TVs, movies, blah blah blah. I think WHS does a similar thing just wanted to make sure. Thanks.
 
if the specs are right....maybe you should try WHS out? If you dont need data redundancy you could also just plop the drives in and do a striped volume
