Running way too hot?

I just built a new system and my phenom ii 555 black edition is running way hotter than I think it should be. Ambient temps are around 23C and the cpu idles at 33C but at load hits the low 50s. Is that normal? I've never watercooled a quad b4. The vcore is set at 1.55v running at 4ghz. i even reseated the heatsink w/ new thermal paste but the high temps still persist.

loop config is pump--->cpu---->radiator---->pump

What Cooling gear are you using??? Need a little more info I know that my 940 BE at 3.7 and 1.47v does not get over 47oC full load. This is with a MC-tdx, and a black ice 240 rad, and a CPX-Pro Pump.

Did you check the mount?
what kind of thermal Paste?
and also what fans on the radiator?
