How do you guys feel about that? i want one for my speakers (asus xonar d2) also for head phones (on board)

and i think there is some sort of issue with the xonar d2 and vent. if someone can confirm this.

I run 2 sound cards all of the time (Razer sound card + onboard). I have an output to my receiver and 2 pairs of headphones going at any given time (music vs gaming). With Win7 it is incredibly easy. Not sure with other OSs. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Any particular reason beyond the possible vent issue for the two cards?

It seems that i was getting a bit of stutter in 2 games that i played BFBC2 and CS:S right at the beginning then it would go away. I haven't seen it lately i just want to be able to have headphones when i want them and speakers when i want them, instead of disconnecting and connecting all the time. i do not want to split them as this degrades the sound quality, i might get the forte sound card since it has a headphone amp onto the sound card.

As far as the vent issue its right after a restart, if i go into vent i hit the talk button sounds muffled, if someone talks or plays a sound it fixes it self.

here is a video i did a while back when i had it installed

and now that i have it again sounds a bit more muffled.
