An active link is one you can click like this: www.hardforum.com
Fortunately there is no way you can actually break that rule since vbulletin won't let you do that anyway (it's been disabled in signatures).
 
You can post your website, it just won't be a hotlink

It looks much cleaner and neater if you just use the body of the URL
