Rubberized caoting?

You know that rubberized caoting that is on the Logitech G15 keyboard, MX5xx mice? I am wondering if it is possible to do that in my own home? Its not just a Flat Black paint it actually feels like rubber. Anyone know how to reproduce it?

Buy spray on rubber. Look at your local hardware store.

Or the local art supply store. Some of the bigger ones have stuff like that.
