RSS Reader Suggestion

I'm looking for an RSS reader that will sit in my system tray and popup balloon messages or something to that effect whenever a feed receives new content. Are there any readers out there with this functionality? Or, are there any that you'd recommend me to check out regardless?

I personally like NewzCrawler. It does exactly what you're asking, and much more.

Not free but worth it in my opinion. I'm sure there are open source solutions out there.

Been using the trial of NewzCrawler and it is very nice! I especially like the news ticker option... Unfortunately it has expired and I just wanted to check one last time for something free before purchasing it.... anyone?
