rss feeds to a matrix orbital

I just installed a matrix orbital MX2 to my PC and its running great! I use the LCDC software and have rss feeds going to the screen and i have a question about those feeds.

The plugin only reads the top 5 stories but looking at the XML theres sometimes a lot more than 5 there. I cant see a way to alter the plugin to see more than 5 - am i missing something obvious or is there a technical reason its limited to 5?
