The hard part would be finding 80-pin SCSI cables. 80-pin SCSI drives are typically intended for use in a backplane or external enclosure environment. 80-pin connectors include the SCSI data and control signals as well as power and device ID selection signals; 68-pin SCSI connectors only have SCSI data and control signals.
You can buy an adapter that will convert from a 68-pin cable to attach to an 80-pin target device, but your best bet is to buy a target device with a 68-pin connector unless it will be used in a backplane environment.

I second that. I use them for all my SCSI stuff. I just bought a 73 GB Cheetah 15K3 from them.http://www.hypermicro.com probably has what you need.
