Eh --- you could make it work, flattened tubes, spiral pattern, couple of layers, mount a big fan on the thing. The fins would be the hard part, of course. The question immediately becomes 'why' aside from the look of the thing, though.
 
Some motorcycles come with curve radiator if you want something different. It will take some modifying to make it work.
