Roughly how much power will this system need?

Hi,

I'm making a list of the PC parts I want to order fairly soon and I just wanted a rough guide to how much power I'll need for this system....

CPU: Pentium 4 Extreme Edition 3.73Ghz
Mobo: MSI K8N SLI Diamond
GPUs: Dual nVidia 6800 Ultras
RAM: 1GB Corsair XMS2 5400C4PRO
Storage: 1 x 74GB Raptor, 1 x Maxtor Maxline III 300GB
Drives: DVDRW, CDRW, Floppy Drive
Sound: Creative Audigy 4 Pro
Cooling: 2 x 120mm fans / watercooling (maybe)
Other: TV Tuner

I realise this will be quite a powerhungry system, but I have a big problem with noise. Could I get away with a fanless / stealth supply and if not, what is the quietest supply you'd recommend that would feed this system enough juice?

Just a question, but how are you putting an LGA775 processor into a Socket 939 motherboard?
 
LOL sorry got a little confused ;)

I'm still not decided whether to go Intel or AMD this time round...

If I go Intel I'll most likely go with the Fatal1ty board (much as I generally dislike the hype around Johnathon Wendel or whatever his name is)
