Rotation gives black screen with only mousepointer?

If I rotate my screen (any rotation) my Ati X1300 HIS PCIe 1x, DVI, gives me only a black screen with only a mouse pointer, no windows or anything. Does anybody know how to solve this?

Screen 1 nVidia MSI 7900GTO, DVI, 90 degree rotated 1200x1600
Screen 2 ATI X1300 HIS PCIe 1x, DVI, 90 degree rotated 1200x1600 but gives black screen.
Screen 3 nVidia MSI 7900GTO, DVI, 1280x720
Screen 4 ATI X1300 HIS PCIe 1x, VGA, Disabled

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, WinXP SP2, and latest drivers.
