Roozz Plugin

So I recently noticed a program called "Roozz" which apparently is a plug-in, installed on my system. and I kinda get what it is (tho i am not 100% on what its exactly for, if anyone knows feel free to please explain it to me lol) so my question is, what programs could possibly be using this plug in. The only one i saw associated with it that I have is Irfranview, and if that is teh one it came with, i dont see what its for. And my next question, if i remove it, is it gonna frick something up ?
