I just picked up one of these on ebizzle because work pays my phone bill through AT&T and I want to play with Android some. I currently used a Touch Pro with NRG's custom ROM.

The version of the HTC Magic that is sold through Rogers wireless in Canada works on the same 3G bands as AT&T here in the US so I figured, why not?

Has anyone on the Hardforum taken the plunge and attempted to get this working on AT&T's network? I am excited to get this thing and play around! I definitely want to try CyanogenMOD eventually, gotta get it working on AT&T's network first though.
 
I might be wrong but i thought Roger in Canada is T-mobile in the US.
 
Caw, people on Howardforums have been doing that for a while. Should be a simple SIM swap once the phone is unlocked.
