The ram on your card are 4 basicly flat black squares. Visible on both sides of the card. They will either say Samsung or Hynix on them. The ramsinks are small copper or aluminum heatsinks that mount to the ram by 2 sided tape on both sides of the card. 8 needed and usually sold in sets of 8.Heres a pic of my 9800 Pro with OCZ copper ramsinks in place.
The ramsink set costs 16.00 Canadian so should be about 10.00-14.00 US.
Ill have to dig out that Doom 3 script mod for you. I just had to reformat so Ill need it again myself
