RocketRaid 2320 Boot Issue

Im trying to get a server to boot correctly and am having trouble only when the raid card is active with the raid partition set up. The server boots fine when the raid volume is deleted, but hangs after the rocketraid bios screen when a volume is active and initialized. If i use the end key to cancel the rocketraid bios screen the motherboard will proceed to its main bios screen and give an error stating:

"Expansion ROM initialization failed - PCI Mass Storage Controller on Motherboard" then the slot and other id info of the rocketraid card.

After the error it gives the option to proceed and if selected this will boot the OS properly with the raid active and usable from explorer. As of now the only problem is the error message and having to use this sequence of stuff to get to the OS.

Server Specs
Motherboard: Asus DSBF-DE
4GB Kingston DDR2- ECC
Rocketraid 2320 with 5.25TB Raid 5
Intel Raid 1 80GB for OS

OS
Windows XP Pro x64

If you are not booting to a drive on the 2320 then you can just disable it from running it's bios during boot.

Go grab the flash utility and flash the bios with this flag. ( I forget what they call it but it's a clearly distinguished check box ).
