[roblem with Komodo4 LCD

my uncle just bought a new LCD screen "sceptre X9G Komodo4" for his computer but for some reason it just wont work right. ive plugged it into his computer and mine and it just does the same thing, when the pc boots you get a breif image of the computer loading like less than 1 sec. worth. then when windows loads you get less than 1sec. of that then once it loaded you get less than 1 sec. view of that. and then the monitor just sits on a blank screen with the blue power light blinking.... sorta frustrating lol. ive got the monitor over at my house right now while i try to figure out whats wrong with it or me :rolleyes:
 
Connections tight?

thats some weird stuff........sounds like monitor cable or monitor might be defective?

try that lcd on another pc..
 
Having seen about 5 broken ones I’d be inclined to return or RMA it. If you bought it locally test the replacement before you take it home.
 
ive tried it on 2 diffrent pc's, my uncle sayd he bought it at a Gibralter computer show :rolleyes: looks like the only thing to do maybe is an RMA. unless someone has come across this and knows of an easy fix.
