Nothing special.... I'm not a professional photographer, nor do I have expensive equipment. I just happened to have my cheap HP 5.3mp digital camera out with me one day, shot a few pictures around town, and wanted to get some feedback. These pictures were very leisure, so take it easy on me. ;)

Any feedback would be appreciated.

You choose a sweet view point to shoot from in the first picture where you're above the city. I'm trying to find a place in my town that gives me a view like that, and so far I'm comming up blank. The only thing that disturbs me is that I feel like I'm about to fall down this height into the city when I look at it. If you rotate and crop the picture to straighten the horizon a bit, this falling feeling dissapears and to me I feel much better looking at it. Great picture :)

Were these shot hand-held?

Thanks guys.... I appreciate the kind words. :)

I'll do some work on the picture in photoshop and see what I can come up with. I'll also go take some from other angles and perspectives. I like the view from up there. If I could get a tripod, I'd have some beautiful night pictures. It's just so hard for me to get a good night picture up there because it's so windy and cold. They were most definitely all handheld on a relatively entry-level camera; HP 5.3mp. Nothing fancy, as you can see.. but I think they turned out pretty well.

The city is so beautiful with everything lit up. I'd love to get a nicer camera and tripod in the future and I can show you guys what it looks like. I've got a few pictures of it lit up from my current camera but I'd almost be too embarassed to post them up as they don't look very good. Like I said, windy, and cold.... Ay ay ay!

Anyway, I appreciate the comments guys!
