rMA Problem

Those guys pretty much covered what you should do. If they won't give you a card equivalent to your 850XT PE, ask for your money back.
 
Yeah. I agree that the only viable option seems to ask for your money back. The AGP X850XT PEs have been discontinued so they probably don't have a replacement X850XT card to send you.
