i got my new enermax a few weeks ago, and i had only been using it 3 days when it gave off a loud bang and a bright flash. i replaced my computer with my old psu, and everything worked fine again, but i had to go out of town for a couple weeks. now i come back and i'm trying to figure out how to RMA this thing. cant seem to find a telephone number though. do i have to e-mail them? has anyone here gone through an RMA with Enermax?
 
i dont mean to be annoying or stupid for not looking more, but can someone please help?
 
The first thing I'd do would be to talk to the retailer that you bought the PSU from. Certain places will handle the RMA for you and just send you a replacement. The retailer will know what to do.
