Rival 100 mouse

I am thinking about getting one. I agree on the Steelseries paint/coating, both of my Senseis had paint coming off in a couple months (blech!)

What type of DPI settings can you use on this mouse, and does it work with their software for customizing the lighting and stuff?
 
Just read a Hardware Canucks that it only increments by 250 for dpi settings.
 
I bought my wife the Rival 100 from the classifieds.... She loves it! Very light and it has a comfortable shape...

I haven't adjusted the DPI yet, but the software allows you to change the RGBs to any specific color you want to...
