I've read that i can grab the ST1 drive out of it and use it in my PDA-- thing is-- can I put another (smaller) CF card in it to use as a lesser mp3 player? Cause otherwise I might just go cheapie and buy one on ebay for $179.00.

Maybe someone here knows the answer. Your thoughts?
 
Uhm do you have proof that you can do that?

because I and hundreds of other people out there CANNOT get the CF cards to work. If you can tell me how i'd appreciate it.
