You have att so this is normal with att. It's commonly known as a 'double-nat'.
It's been a long time since I've messed with att, but I believe there was a 'passthrough' or 'dmz' mode that is almost a complete pass through. I say almost because in my experience it still did not pass through ipsec phase 2 packets so I had to get a block of static IPs to use my router that does ipsec tunnels.How do you prevent it or get rid of doubt nat please? If possible.

But don't let double-nat scare you--if it's not causing issues and everything is working, I would just leave it be.
