Revo Mic Not working!

Ok, here´s the deal.. I get mic signal in and i can monitor it. The meters work on the revo control panel. but not in the in the windows one, which doesn´t seem to notice any mic input whatsoever. Can´t get it to work in any games because of this. any ideas?
