they never put up the hyperdrive3 results and they are the only reviewer linked
so you need to take that with a grain of salt, access and read times write ect through an ATA66 bottleneck

not all that much worse than through an ATA100 bottleneck
eapecially when you consider what a RAM Drive would be like hooked up directly to the CPU or Chipsets own memory controller

basically your total throughput is capped with the ATA66 but the accesses should be relatively comparable
