review request: cm650w xp

I just purchased COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 650W
on a whim to go with the cm690 case.
model: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 650W
On clubit it spec'd for active pfc and sli certs.

OMG ps got here right on the box no active PFC
considering returning the unit.
Its a rebate deal on clubit.
it was 79 with a 50 rebate to make it 29 but i don't think its worth it without the
Power Factor Correction.
what do you guys think?

It's a pretty good supply, but it seems like APFC is important to you. I'd return it; considering that it's their mistake, it shouldn't cost you anything.
