I just purchased COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 650W
on a whim to go with the cm690 case.
model: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 650W
On clubit it spec'd for active pfc and sli certs.
 
It's a pretty good supply, but it seems like APFC is important to you. I'd return it; considering that it's their mistake, it shouldn't cost you anything.
