The only thing I would change is the power supply. A power supply is something that if you spend the extra money now, it will stay with you over the next few builds. Right now imo the best power supply thats out and is fairly cheap is Corsairs 520 watt or 620 watt modular units. Do not not let the lower watts fool you, look around the net and over at XS Forums, almost all of the top bencher's really love these units. Edit if you are thinking of going high end SLI down the road, OCZ has some great affordable but quality 600 and 700 watt units. My 700 watt OCZ is a dream, and powers my Conroe rig with ease.

EDIT** I just noticed you are getting the retail box, but no separate heatsink. Don't be fooled, once you raise the clocks speeds, these things become hot. I find raw MHZ increase the temps than small increases in voltage. Look at any tower based heatsink. I use the Scythe Mine on my 6300@3.0GHZ and under dual Prime 95 I load at about 54C, which is fairly good for 1.4 volts. But really any decent heatsink should work, just depends on your budget.

EDIT** Also look at Best Buy, this week they have the 7900GS for 149 out the door no MIR's. I would seriously get that over the 7600GT if you can.

7900GS 20 pipes, 256MB GDDR3, 256bit memory bus
7600GT 12 pipes, 256MB GDRR3, 128bit memory bus

Kinda a big difference there for not much more of a price.
