Return Policies Regarding LCDs'

Let's say I wanted to purchase an HP LP3065 display. In the event that I am not happy with it(i.e. scaling quality at lower resolutions via the video drivers or any other reason not related to dead pixels or poor backlighting) and want to return it, what would be the recommended online stores to purchase it from assuming they actually carry that model? I'm not concerned with restocking fees, but I don't want to be stuck with a $1600+ LCD monitor that I am not happy with. Thanks in advance!

i think newegg.com has it. And newegg customer service is one of the more reputable one.
