Hey all
Just wanted some advise. Basically I received a Dell 2005fpw and I love it, however I had 3 dead pixels and some backlighting issues on it. So I requested a replacement and it has a stuck/dead pixel close to the center of the screen. I have read that there is a possible way to massage the stuck/dead pixel out. Is this correct? Also the pixel is white so doesn't that mean it is dead and there is no way of fixing it. Also I checked with Dell and they referred me here . I thought dell had a 1 pixel return policy not 6. Anyway some advice is greatly appreciated.
