Resuming download with Firefox

I was downloading Qarl´s Texture Pack III for Oblivion (1,7 Gb) and suddendly my internet connection failed so the download was cancel, it was arounf 1,2Gb now i got the file "QarlTP3.zip.part" the .part, so is there someway to restart the download from that part?

Ummm I'm going to go with a no.
I'm pretty sure that's a limitation of http and/or firefox. If the site has the file on an ftp server then get it from that area. Or look for a torrent of the file, most clients automatically resume(handy for us with flaky internets).
