Restrict Internet Access to Just 1 Domain

I know how to block certain domains from being accessed throught the internet, but is there a way to do it the other way around? In other words, I want to block everything unless it is from a certain domain.

I have a couple of shared accounts set up where no one is ultimately responsible for the account (don't want to change this), but I want them to be able to access the internet for weather information and weather information only.

Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.

Need a little more info about your network setup. Domain environment, filtering appliances, etc.

Chances are it's going to be tough unless you have separate networks for those accounts. You might be able to do some strict webfiltering if you have a webfilter capable of doing it based on user credentials. Either way it's going to be a PTIA.
