restarts at post screen

got some new pc2-8500 ballistix ram today and decided to oc my cpu to 3.6, to my surpreze it restarts itself after the post screen. here are my setings and sopecs

cpu c2d 6400
psu 700w be quet!
ram stated above
moded freezone (keeps load temps with orthos at 49 degree at 3.0 with vcore set in bios at 1.365)
motherboard asus p5b deluxe

vcore is set at 1.365
ram is set at 2.1
didnt touch the N and S voltages dont know at what to put them
the rest is your usual settings (33.33 freq, pcie at 100)
running 375x8

At 400 same setting i get the above problem, any solutions?

sounds like your system doesnt like it that high. Try upping your Vcore a little more and up the others a little.

Also that may be all you can get out of her.
