Resonance A Plague Tale Legacy

Interesting. Plague tale without rats is like gta without guns and inappropriate material. Definitely curious how it will turn out. Rodents made that game unique.
I for one will be glad to play a game in the series sans rats. They gave me anxiety lol

Seems nothing like the previous games, this could be a completely separate game from the looks of it, maybe it should be.

Janky fight animations too. The previous games were more interactive stories that did a surprisingly good job delivering an emotional story. I am doubting this one will be able to replicate it, and in the absence of that there is not much else going for it aside from graphics. Seems like a low budget janky fighting game with bad animations but good graphics.

Resonance seems to have abandoned the stealth gameplay of the previous 2 games and is now a pure action game

I load up the game, seems ok from the intro not good not bad. Game art seems good. Get control of the character. Location is the marshes around Venice Italy in the 14th century. 50% of the town is Sudanese, immersion immediately broken. Exit the game. Look up Asobo to see that the COO sits on the board of a DEI pushing industry group in France, SNJV.

Gamepass actually saved me money for once.

I was wondering about that..
I saw some gameplays and the game seems like, let's pick a detour to avoid these two guards and murder six instead, on the other side around the corner. Is that how smugglers operate?

Anyone completed the game and cares to drop spoiler-free thoughts? Do they have any other weapons apart from sword and dagger? (I only limited myself to watching some beginning stuff, so I do not spoil, in case I want to get it later.) Any resources for crafting improvements, like in previous games?

Thanks.
