Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I just finally started playing my RE 3 on Gamecube and I have to admit, I find myself running real low on ammo, am I totally missing a way to buy ammo or anything?
Actually, neither matters in terms of ammo, but RE4 is much more forgiving. It has been a staple of the series to have to conserve your ammo (it's NOT a shooter, never was meant to be) for situations that require it most. This increases the "urgency" of the whole thing, and is an intended effect. RE4 has been the most forgiving of all, providing plenty more ammo than any other game in the series. You can't buy it off the guy who sells guns, but there is always lots of ammo around him in his shop, often in hidden locations. My suggestion would be to look harder for the ammo, and at the same time conserve as much as you can. This is done through a combination of precision shooting and careful selection of attack weaponry and the amount of their use.
RE 4 sorry. I think I just stood in a couple of spots that are unlimited enemies and did too much killing is all I guess. I miss the one trick in RE2 were you hold down right for three seconds and easy mode appears! The game is just so scary so the limited ammo does indeed accomplish that
God I loved this game. One thing to remember is when you buy upgrades for your gun dont reload before hand. each time you upgrade you get a full clip back with the gun ...... The guide also helps out a ton, list all the stuff you would have missed if you didnt have it.
i totally agree with maddog, shoot them in the legs then pull off a kick or suplex. When their on the ground just slash away. RE4 makes your reserve your ammo at times, but it took me the second time through to actually realize it. I freaking love the game though right now im going on the run with seperate ways to get to the chicago typewriter for my 3rd run with mobster leon. The headshot thing never really got to me i mean well sometimes when i was slashing away at their legs the heads popped out i was thinking wait a second whats up with that i thought it was only meant for headshots but i guess the best way is to just blast their gut. Its guaranteed you wont see and heads a poppin
