Beware:
If it is a multi-player game with anti-cheat software then ReShade may be detected as a hack and you get banned.

Reshade can't alter in-game effects like bloom normally as it's applied as a post-processing effect after the game's own effects. However in more recent years they added 'addon' support and this has allowed for actual hooks and shader adjustments (eg: Shader Toggler, which can toggle... shaders).
But yeah, only try it in offline games to avoid anti-cheat false positives.
