Ok I heard that the larger your resevoir is the less GPH your pump needs, can anyone recommend me a pump for this resevoir, it obviously needs to be an external pump.

I still stand by the eheim 1250. Just get some vibration killers and mount it under your desk or something. Pump + the vibration dampes come out to about $80 +shipping. Well worth it in my book, the dampened eheim is near silent and gives great flow and good head.
