Resetting cisco aironet 350 series?

How do you go about resetting the Cisco Aironet 350 series wireless access point? All the documents on the site only tell how to do it with firmware versions 11.07 and up, with the boot version 1.06 and up. The access point has firmware 11.21 (i think), and boot version 1.09. I know its a shot in the dark, but if anyone can help, or knows where I can get help it would be greatly appreciated.

actually since i was given one with some crazy configs/passwords i know alot about the subject

first, does it run VxWorks or IOS?
