Please take the following into consideration and offer suggestions for upgrades to graphics processing capability. The Motherboard, CPU, Ram, and PSU are all new. The Graphics card is recycled.

I run games at 1680x1050 but would like to increase to 1920x1080(1200) with a new monitor. If I want a second monitor, should I get another weaker dedicated card to throw in an open slot for best performance?

Currently on stock air cooling in a new case as I work on rebuilding my water-cooling loop.

Budget options, I would like to see a $150, $250, and $350 option if you can muster it!
