I just tried to report a post and was greeted with a Database error. Not sure if this is covered anywhere, just a heads up.
 
I have had the same problem, but apparently most of them make it to the moderators forum anyhow... at least mine have..
 
From the amount of reported posts received in the Admin Office, I would say the glitch is in the report a post notification and not in the actual report, so continue to report those rule breaking posts, we catch them and take appropriate action.
