Replacing loud Vantec Aeroflow

I have a 1 st gen Vantec A-flow that is just too loud for me to deal with any longer. It's listed as 38 Dba noise figure.

I'm looking at the thermaltake silent boost or the Artic Cooling copper silent 2TC. Anyone using these? What were your experience with them? The cpu is a Barton 2500+ running at 3000+ speed ( 2.17 Ghz. ) Thanks :)
